The Kids are All Right (2010) is a great film, that just happens to be about lesbians. And Cholodenko (film’s director) has not just made a film about lesbians feel mainstream, or a good movie about lesbians, or even a smart summer movie: she has made a great film. (by Hadley Freeman)
